- Reinstall the Screambox app. Check your device’s app store to ensure that you have the latest version of Screambox. If not, remove the current version and install the latest version of Screambox.
- Check to make sure your device is utilizing the latest operating system, perform a System Update if necessary.
- If applicable, clear your browser’s cache and refresh the webpage.
- If applicable, reset your cable modem. We recommend unplugging the power for at least 30 seconds.
- If applicable, reset your router. We recommend unplugging the power for at least 30 seconds.
- Test video playback.
