I'm Experiencing Slow Video Playback

If you’re having issues with playback quality or speed, try this:

  1. Reset your connected device.
  2. Reset the cable modem or router and keep the power unplugged for at least 30 seconds.
  3. Test video playback again.

  1. Make & model of your device.
  2. Make & model of your broadband service provider.
  3. Explain your home wireless set-up - are you wired in, or do you go wireless?
  4. Let us know your home internet speed. You can visit www.speedtest.net on your connect device to test this!
